this blog does not share the craze about world 'x day' or 'y day' or 'f day' : those are just alibis to give us some relief for being inadequate, completely or in part, during the rest of the year --whether it be a personal issue or, even worse, a matter of humanitarian or ecological dimensions;
all things really important -and there is not that many of them- require a lot more than a 24h reminder and certainly a lot more than a few people here, a few more over there, a tv commercial [always] or occasional smalltalk;
and by the way: someone said a long time ago that this here is a 'big disease with a little name' --it's true; we don't need capital letters that magnify, glorify and help spread the panic; the name is aids; simple as that; it doesn't have to stand out;
so they say it's big; might as well be; BUT
they should also say that
W E
are
B I G G E R --
will you remember that tomorrow?
will i?
